As of March 19 2008 the Carnival has been temporarily suspended. I have not been receiving enough interest to keep it going. For now. Hopefully this will change as I begin regular posting again, and maybe gather more readers to keep things interesting.

What is the Carnival of the Tarot?
Once a week you may submit a post from your blog that is Tarot, Oracle or any other form of divination related to Cartomancy. The post must be on your blog, and must be related in some way to Tarot. It can be a reading, a meditation on a card, a deck or book review, sharing your collection, showing off your own deck work-in-progress, fiction, poetry, or really anything at all as long as it relates in some way to the Tarot. It can include pictures or videos, in can be short or long, simple or complex, serious or amusing.
How do I submit a post?
You’ll need to email me the permanent link to the post you have selected from your blog. If you are unsure of how to to do this, please tell me. I will be very happy to help you with it. I will also need your name (whatever name you would like to use) and the title of your blog.
When is the Carnival?
Every Sunday evening at 6:00pm eastern time. Entries are due by 12:00pm Sunday. It will be up to the current hosts discretion on whether or not to accept late entries and they may set a different deadline if they choose.
What posts are acceptable?
It must be related in some way to Cartomancy using Tarot, Oracle decks or playing cards. It can be a reading, a meditation on a card, a deck or book review, sharing your collection, showing off your own deck work-in-progress, fiction, poetry, or really anything at all as long as it relates in some way to the Tarot. Where do I send my entries?
Email them to carnival@afoolfortarot.com. I’ll need your name and the url of your post you want to enter.
How do I volunteer to host the Carnival?
Email me at carnival@afoolfortarot.com and let me know when you are interested in hosting. Please include the url of your blog and whatever email address you want me to forward the submissions to.
If I post to the Carnival, do I have to link to it?
It would be appreciated, especially by the other participants of the Carnival and the host that week.
I don’t have a blog, but I would like to participate in the Carnival
If you are interested in participating in future carnivals, but don’t have a blog, it is really very easy to start one of your own. Both WordPress and Blogger are blogging services that are free, very popular and easy to use. If you like to write, blogging is a great way to share your ideas and experience. Blogging Carnivals are a great way to showcase your writing. If you’ve started a new blog, let me know. I’d love to include your posts in future carnivals.
